Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven graphic design volunteer to join our team this summer for either part-time or full-time work. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to building a trusted and innovative brand, and develop a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving health tech landscape.

Responsibilities

Branding and Visual Identity:

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and finalize our brand book, including logo design, color palette, typography, and visual guidelines.
• Create cohesive and compelling designs that align with our brand identity

Web Design and Development:

• Implement a user-friendly website interfaces that enhance user experience and conveys our brand message effectively
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback
• Learn about, or lead, website updates and improvements, optimizing for responsiveness and accessibility

Graphic Design:

• Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer design expertise and suggestions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent
• Strong understanding of web design principles
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Passion for the intersection of healthcare and technology
• Familiar with Google Workspace and Slack.

We are currently working remote, with our CEO based in Paris, France for the time being. If you are in France or surrounding cities, we would love to find opportunities to work together live! Otherwise, we believe work is done just as well remotely :)
