Senior Solutions Engineer

Our client is a software business specialising in building business applications powered by real-time data. The team are experts in Software Product Development, Data Engineering, Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. Their platform is now the data curation platform behind many of the world's leading private equity firms. As a Senior Solutions Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for the technical on-boarding and configuration of our platform implementations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful rollout of our technology by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from proof of concept to design and implementation.

You will use our suite of product APIs to develop scripts that automate common on-boarding tasks, as well as occasionally developing small plugins that help us meet clients unique challenges and use-cases. You will also work closely with Sales, Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback and continually refine our platform offering.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical setup and configuration of client platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Build and maintain custom backend plugins that consume our platform’s APIs
• Write and maintain utility scripts that help us automate repeatable tasks and/or work with our product teams to productise those areas of repetition.
• Support clients as a technical consultant, helping them understand the art of the possible and limitations that can be achieved on their Syfter platform.
• Attend sales meetings to run platform demos and answer technical questions from clients
• Partner closely with Client Delivery/Customer Success Managers to produce realistic and achievable plans for completion of platform configuration and custom solutions.

Experience Required:

• Solution Architecting / Tech consulting
• Node.js / Python
• SQL
• Git

The Senior Solutions Engineer will work between the London office near Blackfriars and remotely from home.
