We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Assistant to support our PR and influencer team, sitting within our wider Marketing team. Reporting into our Communications Manager, the successful candidate will be full of energy with excellent writing skills and flawless attention to detail.

The Role
Your key responsibilities are:
- Support the Communications Coordinator with global influencer and makeup artist outreach, including maintaining relationships
- Manage all influencer & press product sendouts including liaising with team and warehouse
- Coordinate product sendouts and content assets for new product launches and product initiatives
- Strategise and help action ways to actively develop and grow our existing and ongoing influencer partnerships over time
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting globally on press coverage
- Actively identify and cultivate new communities of influencers as well as new channel expansion opportunities to reach our target customers and extend our reach
- Brainstorm, test and learn innovative new methods of building our influencer outreach program
- Research new influencer markets for potential partnerships
- Work closely with both the Editorial team and Paid Social team to maximise influencer coverage
- Work close with the Community team to make sure the brand is engaging on all social channels
- Helping Communications Coordinator with management of global PR agencies
- Weekend work may be required
Requirements
The essential skills and experience required to succeed in this role are:
- Strong work experience within a marketing/PR/communications position
- Full of energy and enthusiasm with a fantastic can-do attitude
- Fast learner
- Great writer with strong spelling and grammar skills
- Flawless attention to detail
- Fantastic organisation and time management skills
- Responds quickly to changes and amends
- An incredible multitasker
- Confident in communicating ideas
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
