We are looking for a TLC Customer Services Representative, who will work alongside our current team to respond to queries received from customer via emails and Live Chat. This role is primarily remote working based, however, once a month you will be required to travel to our London based office for a team day. The role is full time. Your normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, exclusive of rest breaks. Your working week runs Monday to Sunday and you are required to work 5 days in any 7 day period, within the hours of 9am-10pm.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to Email and Live Chat queries from our worldwide customer base, via Zendesk
- Responding to a wide range of queries including order status checks, Match2Me and product advice etc
- Ensuring customer requests are responded to in a timely manner, our average wait time is 24-48hours for emails and 45seconds for Live Chat
- Following up queries via telephone is necessary.
Requirements
The key skills and experience required for this role are:
- Previous customer service experience within the Beauty Industry or Retail
- Broad knowledge of operating systems, such as, Zendesk
- Passionate about beauty and customer service,
- Being able to cope and excel in a fast paced working environment
- Excels working within a team.
