Family Finance Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Family Finance Assistant
We are looking for an organised problem solver who is enthusiastic about all things gohenry and works well in a team. This is an interesting and varied role, you will quite often be the 'go-to' person. Our ops Family Finance and Special Accounts team is based in Farnborough, Hampshire and operates 8:00am to 6:00pm, 7 days per week. The need for flexibility in working hours will need to be understood by any successful candidate.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30 or 10:00 to 18:30 (whichever suits the candidate's needs better) with the flexibility to work different hours and weekends as and when needed. Bank Holidays on a rota basis.
Responsibilities
- As a Family Finance and Special Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Ensuring you provide the best possible level of service, both to our members and to the wider gohenry teams.
- Providing weekly updates to our finance partners.
- Dealing with the transfer and rejection of finance products.
- Chasing open queries with relevant departments and keeping communication with members up to date.
- Be available, visible, and able to answer any questions.
- Ensure processes and procedures are up to date.
- Dealing with Member and internal escalations ensuring all contact channels are updated.
- Onboarding new Special Accounts through the correct due diligence process.
- Daily management of accounts and assisting with all queries relating to both new and existing account holders.
- This is a great opportunity for someone to grow their skillset while working with and supporting some of our Management Teams and service providers.
What we’re looking for
You tick each of our three of our Family Finance Assistant-must-haves:
- Some knowledge in investments (ideally stocks and shares ISAs)
- Knowledge of working with Microsoft applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Used to working in a service level environment that involves multi-tasking and prioritisation of tasks
