Greenhouse is looking for an Account Executive to join our Advocacy team. Working at the unique intersection of finance, nature, youth and policy, our Advocacy team help to build movements, mobilise governments, accelerate investment and take action on the ground.
We seek a creative, collaborative, and passionate individual keen to build a career in purpose-driven communications. You will be responsible for implementing communications strategies, delivering impactful media and social media campaigns, and supporting a high performing team.

Skills and experience
- Enthusiastic and demonstrable interest in sustainability, particularly around nature and sustainable finance.
- Skilled writer, able to communicate messages clearly and compellingly across different channels (e.g. copy writing, social media, blogs, media releases).
- Digital native with proficiency in digital communications, including social media content and engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks to tight deadlines.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Understanding of public relations, traditional and digital media.
- Desire to learn new skills and grow through continuous professional development.
Desirable knowledge and experience
- Experience supporting integrated communications campaigns, including media relations, social media and/or stakeholder engagement.
- Communications agency and/or sustainability experience.
- Experience using digital and social media platforms.

Salary and benefits
- Our Account Executive band is £25-30K dependent on location (Bristol or London) and experience.
- Flexible working: core hours 10am-4pm with 2-3 days per week expected in the office with options for increased flexibility dependent on personal circumstances.
- 3pm Friday finish
- 25 days holiday (plus your birthday and office closure between Christmas and New Year).
