We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Advocacy team. Working at the unique intersection of finance, nature, youth and policy, our Advocacy team help to build movements, mobilise governments, accelerate investment and take action on the ground.    

We are seeking someone who understands financial markets and integrated communications, with excellent client services and project management skills.  You will be confident, well networked and knowledgeable, able to actively engage with influential figures across finance, business, politics, academia and civil society. 

Skills and experience 

  • Solid experience within an agency or in-house marketing team. 
  • Working or academic background in the financial/sustainability sector. 
  • Experience leading the delivery of high-impact integrated communications campaigns. 
  • First-class communications (strategy development, writing, pitching to journalists, relationship building). 
  • Strategic understanding of multiple communications disciplines. 
  • Knowledge and experience in using digital account management and communications platforms. 
  • Exceptional client, project and budget management skills. 

Desirable knowledge and experience 

  • Proven ability managing and mentoring Account Executives or equivalent roles.

Salary and benefits 

  • Our Account Manager band is £32-45K dependent on location (Bristol or London) and experience.  
  • Flexible working: core hours 10am-4pm with 2-3 days per week expected in the office with options for increased flexibility dependent on personal circumstances.   
  • 3pm Friday finish  
  • 25 days holiday (plus your birthday and office closure between Christmas and New Year).  
  • Additional paid holiday for Slow Travel (traveling via means other than flight).
