As a Commercial Excellence Manager, your crucial function will be to optimize our sales operations. This entails, but not limited to,

  • Managing and improving sales enablement tools and processes
  • Coordinating with various internal teams to boost commercial results
  • Owning revenue enablement workstreams
  • Leading the optimization of HubSpot

The role: As the Commercial Excellence Manager at Pod, you will be pivotal in enhancing our sales operations and enabling our teams to excel. This role involves managing and improving sales enablement tools and processes, ensuring our sales teams are equipped with everything from the right CRM systems to effective sales playbooks. You will work closely with various departments including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to streamline efforts and boost commercial outcomes.

Job requirements: Your responsibilities will include owning revenue enablement workstreams, translating commercial strategies into actionable plans, and maintaining high standards across all commercial platforms. You will lead the configuration and optimization of HubSpot, develop key sales tools, and manage cross-functional projects. A strong candidate will have proven experience in sales operations or similar roles, expertise in HubSpot CRM, and a robust understanding of B2B sales cycles.
