The role As a Production Operative for Origin Coffee, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for packaging freshly roasted coffee with precision, ensuring quality control, and upholding the highest standards of health and safety. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for ensuring our products are meticulously packaged.

Job requirements Strong attention to detail and effective time management. A proactive, problem-solving approach. Physical readiness for an active, hands-on role. Clear communication and a team-first attitude. A focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a production setting. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and machinery. Reliable and punctual, with a proactive and positive attitude.
