The Job:
The Talent Network Lead Coach is responsible for delivering sessions that delight, challenge and grow the skills and capabilities of our clients. You will also work closely alongside our freelance Coach Network to deliver MindGym training to corporate audiences, face-to-face and online, both in LA, Chicago or New York and sometimes the rest of the world! As well as delivering stimulating experiences for our clients, you will often act as a support partner to other Coaches in the network to help them prepare new material or plan for tricky deliveries. Eventually, you may also be certifying coaches within client organizations and working with our Sales and Client Delivery Teams to deliver pitches and pilot sessions to new clients. In addition, you may be asked to partner with our Solutions team for any CI projects on the current portfolio, as well as on the creation of new material.
About you:
- UK or Europe based
- English Fluency is essential.
- Happy to do some travel across Europe.
- Incredibly comfortable with public speaking and leading sessions for small and large groups of people both virtually and in person
- Experienced in facilitating - you may have worked as a learning & development professional and will have given regular presentations/speeches to clients or colleagues
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire, captivate and motivate audiences quickly
- A background or interest in psychology and/or behavioural science
- Enjoy delivering in a dynamic and enthusiastic way, helping people use their brains differently to get more out of their work and personal lives
- If you have an accreditation and experience delivering 1:1 coaching, both virtual and face-to-face, it will be an advantage, but not essential.
