Role Summary:

  • As a Senior Business Development Manager, your goal will be to encourage the integration of EV charging solutions in new homes and communities by steering our incursion into the homebuilder sector.
  • You will be strategising, leading a team, and entering into significant partnerships with developers, construction firms, and FM providers.

Role Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of business development experience, minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in industries like construction tech, energy, EV, clean tech etc.
  • A strong record with managing both enterprise and SME deal cycles and experience with subscription or recurring revenue models.
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales analytics tools, particularly HubSpot.

The role: As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will spearhead our expansion into the homebuilder sector. This role involves strategic planning, hands-on deal-making, and leading a team to forge significant partnerships with developers, construction firms, and FM providers. Your goal will be to integrate EV charging solutions into new homes and communities, driving growth and shaping sustainable, future-ready developments.

Job requirements: You should bring a minimum of 8-10 years of business development experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role, preferably within construction tech, energy, EV, or clean tech sectors. A strong track record in managing both enterprise and SME deal cycles and experience with subscription or recurring revenue models is essential. Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools, particularly HubSpot, is expected.
