The Role: As a Governance Manager in our Corporate Services Directorate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing governance and assurance across our transformation program. This position involves leading the governance and assurance of transformation activities, ensuring that governance frameworks are well-defined and applied, and managing the day-to-day operations of transformation governance. You will work closely with program and PMO leadership, delivery teams, and service owners to maintain high standards and effective decision-making structures.

Job Requirements: We are seeking candidates with experience in governance, assurance, portfolio, or PMO roles within complex organizations, preferably those involving transformation or change. Applicants should be adept at working within governance structures, providing constructive challenge, and navigating organizational boundaries. Strong communication skills and an understanding of project and programme management principles, including agile methodologies, are essential.
