The Circle Line exists to help people thrive through developing emotional intelligence - driving personal and business growth through our unique psychology toolkit and 1:1 sessions.

We are seeking a dynamic sales person with proven ability to generate new business revenue at a UK start-up or small business. You will represent The Circle Line out in the world, open doors and close deals.  

Growing our revenue by 4x is our next goal and we want to work with a self-starter who has been there and done it. Someone who has succeeded in sales with limited resource and knows what it takes to grow a small company to true sustainability and beyond.

Your interest in psychology (through study, training or experiencing coaching/counselling) will enable you to have credible conversations at Board level about how and why psychology in business matters and the opportunities and challenges it presents, encouraging UK companies to invest in their people.

Job Description

You will be responsible for sales for The Circle Line. You’ll target businesses nationwide with a minimum of 100 employees and drive sales to successful close. You'll be responsible for delivering on our strategic focus - from fast-growth tech scaleups to creative agencies and law firms.
