The role: As a Non-Executive Director on the Travalyst Board, you will play a crucial role in the governance and strategic direction of our organization. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, overseeing performance and risk, and ensuring that Travalyst operates with integrity and accountability. This position requires a commitment to our mission of sustainable travel, sound judgment, and exceptional leadership skills. Previous board experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job requirements: Candidates should not have commitments or interests that could significantly impair their independence or ability to act solely in the best interests of Travalyst. Responsibilities include providing governance and strategic oversight, shaping organizational strategy, overseeing financial health, and acting as an ambassador for Travalyst.
