As the Partnerships Manager for Action & Snow, your core responsibility will be to augment SunGod's presence within the sports communities. This includes managing partnerships, maintaining relationships with sports personnel and entities, developing market intelligence and implementing partnership strategies. Expect to lead at key events and contribute to content creation to establish SunGod's leading foothold.

The ideal candidate comes with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and demonstrates strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a cooperative work style. An understanding of cultural dynamics, organization skills, and a hands-on approach to planning and execution are required.

The role: As the Partnerships Manager for Action & Snow, you will enhance SunGod’s visibility and credibility within the action and snow sports communities. You will manage and activate partnerships, maintain relationships with athletes, ambassadors, events, and brands, and ensure SunGod is recognized as a leading brand in mountain and action sports eyewear. Your responsibilities will include developing market intelligence, executing partnership strategies, managing content creation, and leading our presence at key events.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in managing partnerships and delivering successful campaigns. Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. You should be culturally tuned-in, organized, and have a hands-on approach to both strategic planning and execution.
