The role Product Managers at Urban Jungle sit at the heart of our cross-functional teams. You’ll work on everything from improving our purchase and claims experience, to launching brand new products, to building world-class tooling for our Operations team (and so much more). Day-to-day, you’ll get stuck in to understanding user needs, analysing data, running experiments, tackling interesting business problems and finding creative ways to solve them. You’ll have a huge impact on the business from day one. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product Director, Toby, as well as getting lots of exposure to our senior leadership team - who’ve previously led some of the world’s fastest-growing businesses - as you play a pivotal role in achieving our company’s growth plans.

Job requirements At least 3 years professional experience. A track record of building world-class products end-to-end that have created loads of value for customers as well as delivering business results. We are changing a huge financial industry - you are excited about being a part of this big opportunity (even if you know nothing about Insurance right now!) You’ll have the ability to think critically with experience in leveraging business data to drive results.
