The Role: As the V-Label Manager focusing on Awards & Email, you will support the Digital Marketing Team of the V-Label in Germany during a parental leave replacement. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of effective digital marketing measures. Your main responsibilities include leading the V-Label Awards Germany and designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven email marketing campaigns. You will manage digital channels comprehensively—from strategic planning and content creation to campaign management, analysis, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements: Required: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least two years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing. You should have proven experience managing digital marketing channels, particularly in email marketing, social media, and content creation. Proficiency in German and English is essential. You should also have practical knowledge of tools and platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, Wrike, and Google Workspace, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new systems. Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools is necessary. Strong project management skills, especially in planning, organizing, and executing events, are crucial.
