Vivobarefoot is seeking a Product Manager to join our Technology team. This position will be working as part of the delivery team within the Digital Product team, you will manage and take a lead on a portfolio of products that are being delivered with the sole purpose of improving customer experience around our digital channels.

This is a highly visible role in the organisation with a real ability to influence our digital strategy. We are looking for a hands-on agile, data-driven product manager who wants to join an exciting, high-growth, fast paced company, where your ideas can come to fruition.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Build, own and advocate for your roadmap.

• Create and maintain a strong customer focus across the organisation.

• Foster a healthy feedback culture and strike the right balance between the needs of the customers and the needs of Vivobarefoot.

• Coordinating collaborative teams, running project updates and retrospectives.

• Discover what your customers need, work with your scrum team(s) to develop a solution to their needs and work with our Customer Success teams to ensure the product is successfully adopted.

• Work with the creative team and User Experience lead on designs on all levels, from broad concepts with pixel-perfect details to the final handoff to engineering, to create intuitive, delightful product experiences.

• Apply a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, customer understanding, and product intuition to inform decisions and prioritization.

• Write clear, thoughtful product requirements and feature descriptions.

WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU

• 1+ year of experience as a product manager (UX/ UI specific role preferably).

• A strategic and customer centric mindset to help inform roadmaps and disrupt traditional views.

• Track record of thoughtful, user-focused insights that have led to successful consumer product launches.

• You should be comfortable communicating ideas visually using whiteboards, wireframes, etc.

• Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• A keen strategic product thinker, with proven experience leading a team through the creation, socialization, and execution of a customer focussed roadmap.

• Experience with full agile lifecycle product development and processes.
