The role: As an Intake & Rehoming Coordinator (Cats) at Battersea London, you will be the first point of contact for all cat intake enquiries, ensuring every customer and cat receives an excellent and supportive experience. You will be responsible for coordinating the intake and rehoming of cats, managing our capacity and waiting lists, admitting cats on a daily basis, including completing all associated documentation and administration, and providing outstanding customer service to those looking to rehome or give up a cat. Supporting a smooth and efficient journey for every cat through Battersea is key to helping us provide the best possible care for cats in need, while delivering a professional and compassionate service to the public.

Job requirements: We are looking for people with the resilience and adaptability to handle all aspects of this role. It is important to note that the role does involve a lot of physical tasks which are required to provide the exceptional standards of care to our animals.
