Role Summary:
- Lead and manage a team of Rehoming & Welfare Assistants, Coordinators, Intake Coordinators, and volunteers

The role: As a Team Leader at our Brands Hatch location, you will lead and manage a team of Rehoming & Welfare Assistants, Coordinators, Intake Coordinators, and volunteers. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality delivery of customer service, maintaining exceptional animal care and welfare standards, and expediting dog temperament assessments.
Job requirements: We are seeking individuals with resilience and adaptability, capable of handling the physical tasks required to provide exceptional standards of care to our animals. Leadership experience in similar settings is preferred.
