Central Production Unit located in Holloway Road needs a junior baker to join the team.

Ottolenghi is a well-established company, that has been expanding across London over 20 years. 

Our products are made to the highest quality using the best ingredients. We make a large range of pastries and sweet treats and our recipes are bright, fresh, seasonal and full of flavours. 

We are offering a position in Laminating doughs. You will be working 10pm - 7am, Monday - Friday. 

The main role of this position is:

  • Prepare a range of products, including laminated dough, pastry, viennoiserie following our recipes.  
  • Able to prepare high volumes ensuring consistency and high quality standards.  
  • Maintain hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines at all times 
  • Constant check of stock
  • Approachable and always happy to learn new products
