Central Production Unit located in Holloway Road needs a junior baker to join the team.

We are offering a position in Laminating doughs. You will be working 10pm - 7am, Monday - Friday.
The main role of this position is:
- Prepare a range of products, including laminated dough, pastry, viennoiserie following our recipes.
- Able to prepare high volumes ensuring consistency and high quality standards.
- Maintain hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines at all times
- Constant check of stock
- Approachable and always happy to learn new products
