The role: As a Learning & Organisational Development Consultant at Battersea, you will lead the scoping, design, and delivery of projects across the L&OD portfolio. You will work in partnership with HR colleagues, senior leaders, and subject matter experts to translate business needs into high-quality learning and organisational development solutions that deliver measurable impact. Your role will involve facilitation, digital design, project management, supplier management, and evaluation, all contributing to a culture of continuous learning aligned with Battersea's values.
