This is a key senior role within the Fundraising and Workplace Wellbeing directorate, working closely with the Associate Director of Fundraising (Partnerships) to lead and grow the charity's income from corporate sources.
The Head of Corporate will join a dynamic department with big ambitions to increase fundraising income to support Mind's Strategy. You will play a key role in supporting and enabling this growth.

This role will lead a team of about 34 people to deliver class-leading income generating and awareness raising activities, inspiring businesses to fund Mind's work and support Mind's vision of not giving up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
Working collaboratively across all teams you'll be targeted to drive growth in income and raise awareness of Mind by planning and delivering integrated brand and fundraising activities.
You'll work closely with the business support function which supports the whole of the partnerships department with events, insights, systems, and processes. This includes ensuring the department maintains a thorough and accurate understanding of Mind's current and planned charitable programmes to communicate these effectively to internal and external audiences.
You'll be accountable for the ongoing development and implementation of the Corporate Partnerships strategy, leading the growth of fundraising income and making sure the team have a robust pipeline to maximise Corporate Partnership wins.
