Climate Impact Partners is a leading provider of high-quality climate solutions, dedicated to creating a more sustainable world. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Consultant to join our team.
Climate action commitments across the business world are rapidly increasing, with a strong focus on achieving carbon neutrality. We help our clients meet their ambitious climate goals through managing greenhouse gas emissions assessments, carbon and renewable energy credit procurement, forest creation certificates, support of stakeholder engagement programs and tailoring of environmental finance programs to meet specific client requirements.
The key to the role is in supporting and enhancing our Salesforce and HubSpot systems. You will collaborate with the Client Solutions team and Marketing department to identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimizations, and innovative solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in driving efficiency, enhancing user experience, and maximizing the value of our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Client Solutions team to understand business requirements and objectives, translating them into effective Salesforce and HubSpot solutions.
- Work closely with the Marketing department to identify areas for improvement in marketing campaigns, lead management, and customer engagement using Salesforce and HubSpot capabilities.
- Analyse existing processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas where Salesforce and HubSpot can be optimized.
- Design, configure, and implement enhancements to Salesforce and HubSpot platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Customize and create Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, and validation rules to support evolving business requirements.
- Develop and implement effective data management strategies, including data cleansing, data enrichment, and data migration as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on Salesforce and HubSpot functionality and best practices, enabling them to effectively utilize the systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce and HubSpot with other business applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce and HubSpot features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce and HubSpot, working closely with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
- Monitor system performance, user adoption, and data quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and HubSpot expert, with relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, HubSpot Certified).
- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation principles, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, processes, and reports.
- Experience in HubSpot setup, lead scoring, marketing workflows, and integration with CRM systems.
- Solid grasp of data management, data quality, and data integration concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with other sales and marketing technologies, APIs, and integration tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
