THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone to join our brilliant Operations team, share our collaborative work style, passion for the wellbeing sector, and ensure that our customers have a great TRIP!
We want someone who is passionate about problem solving, attention to detail and finding efficiency gains to help TRIP continue our rapid growth. We need a team player excited by the start-up, challenger brand landscape and looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment!
Although primarily an operational role, this position will work across functions allowing you excellent exposure to all aspects of our rapidly growing business. You can expect to learn from and work directly with senior professionals in Operations, Accounts, Sales and Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience:
- Managing D2C orders (direct to consumer via our website), troubleshooting issues with domestic and international warehouses whilst ensuring a smooth ordering process for our customers
- Ownership of B2B (business to business i.e. orders to retailers and wholesalers), ensuring our wide range of customers receive their orders on time and in full
- Troubleshooting and problem solving for our customers when there are issues with orders and deliveries
Stock management and reporting
- Ensuring accurate and prompt invoicing of customer orders
- Supporting stock reconciliation to ensure our systems match physical stocks
Cross-functional team support:
- Sales team - new product set up, order and stock status updates
- Marketing team – buyer/influencer send outs and support on TRIP events/takeovers
YOU ARE
- Ideally you’ll have 1 year of experience in an operational role (FMCG preferable) or equivalent experience
- Skilled in data analysis, numerical reasoning and able to pick up new software quickly.
- Considerable experience with Microsoft Excel / Google sheets is a must, while understanding an ERP system such as ‘Unleashed’ would be a bonus
- Detail driven, with a passion for problem solving and getting the job done in an organised and efficient way
- Able to see the bigger picture and find operational efficiencies (or at least keen to develop an efficiency mindset) in a rapidly changing supply chain
- A self-starter who is super organised and keen to grow in a fast-paced environment within a dynamic team that is taking the UK market by storm!
