We started delivering sourdough and pastries to our neighbours during lockdown. Now thousands of Londoners have signed up for our weekly deliveries 🥐. Imagine waking up to find freshly baked bread and pastries waiting for you on your doorstep. That’s the magic we look to deliver every weekend!

We've recently secured funding to take our vision even further. 🚀 Now, we're looking for a dynamic intern with a flair for creativity to join our Marketing team. Dive into crafting compelling content, collaborate with influencers, and design winning email campaigns. You’ll bring:

• Social Media Expertise: Familiarity and experience with various social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Content Creation: Proven experience or a strong knack for creating engaging and share-worthy content, including visuals and compelling copy.
• Customer Success: Ability to respond to and engage customers with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
• Adaptability & Enthusiasm: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and excel in a rapidly evolving start-up environment.
• Proactivity & Confidence: Comfortable with taking initiative on new tasks, including reaching out and speaking to various stakeholders.

Role description:

• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing lead to support the development of engaging and creative content for our social media platforms.
• Influencer Outreach: Help identify and contact potential influencers who align with our brand and values.
• Email Marketing: Support our Marketing Lead in the development of email marketing campaigns.
• Adhoc Marketing Tasks: Provide general support for various marketing activities as needed.
• Customer Success: Respond to customer queries and re-engage past customers

Role details:

💸 Pay: £25k/pa pro-rata (pay rise upon completion of internship)

📍 Workplace: Our office at Market, 133a Rye Lane, SE15 4BQ

🏡 WFH: Option to work from home 1 or 2 days a week.

⏰ Hours: 9-5 PM

🗓️ Start: September 2023

🏁 Duration: 4 months with a view to becoming a permanent role on completion
