Role Summary

  • Manage the full sales cycle to expand business in the South UK via indirect sales channels.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies with our partners.
  • Unlock new routes to market by focusing on homebuilders and property developers.

Role Requirements

  • Track record in B2B, B2B2C sales, and achieving annual sales targets over 2 million.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Passion for sustainability and the EV industry is essential.

The role: As a Business Development Manager, you will lead our efforts to expand our market through indirect sales channels in the South UK. This includes managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to partner onboarding, and developing go-to-market strategies with our partners. Your goal will be to unlock new routes to market, particularly focusing on homebuilders and property developers, to enhance the availability and distribution of our products.

Job requirements: You should have a proven track record in B2B or B2B2C sales, with experience handling full-cycle sales and meeting annual sales targets of over 2 million. Strong relationship-building skills, familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills are essential. A passion for sustainability and the EV industry is also crucial.
