Head of SEO

As the Head of SEO, you will be responsible for managing Flo’s organic web strategy. You will ensure we increase our visibility, maximise traffic opportunities & continually innovate across the marketing funnel. Candidates should have strong technical capabilities, be able to lead a high-performing team & drive cross-functional initiatives that support sustainable growth.

This is an opportunity to spearhead and drive meaningful change for the business. You’ll be a mentor and leader to an experienced team & report directly to the Director of Organic Growth.

Candidates should have extensive SEO experience with a proven ability to unify cross-functional teams to drive sustainable, exponential organic growth.

Your Experience

Must have:

• 
  
• 5+ years of SEO experience;
  
• Strong track record of growing organic traffic for a top-grossing app across multiple regions;
  
• Exceptional analytical skills and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on attitude;
  
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms;
  
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMRush and Ahrefs;
  
• Good knowledge of common tracking and data management tools such as Google Analytics;
  
• Team management experience, driving high performance and team satisfaction;
  
• Experience collaborating with tech and content teams to deliver on strategy;
  
• Experience collaborating with paid marketing teams to improve conversion funnel.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

• 
  
• Planning, developing and implementing Flo's SEO strategy;
  
• Collaborating and overseeing SEO best practices and adoption by core cross-functional teams;
  
• Supporting training editors and writers on SEO, including best practices and how to optimise content effectively;
  
• Staying up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices;
  
• Monitoring and creating various SEO solutions to maximise the effectiveness of search campaigns, implement technical SEO strategies and establish off-site SEO strategies;
  
• Growing traffic and revenue contribution from SEO, maximising both short and long-term growth opportunities.

The salary range for this position in Vilnius, Lithuania, starts from 5000 € gross per month.
