Technical Product Manager - AI

⭐ About the Role

We are looking for a talented Technical Product Manager with previous experience within Machine Learning and ready to tackle a wide range of challenges. If you are excited by the prospects of Generative AI (LLMs) and ML models and are eager to use them in production to solve real problems this is the position for you. You will be part of our first squad fully dedicated to leveraging AI in the company and you will be reporting directly to our Chief AI Officer.

Although this is a remote position, we do requiere candidates to be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

⭐ What you will be doing

Defining and owning the product roadmap for the Chat AI squad Owning the product roadmap for the Platform AI services offered to other development teams Independently and in collaboration with UX researchers you will be engaging with our users to gather meaningful insights Transform the roadmap into a backlog of user stories to achieve our goals You will be directly involved in shaping our overall company AI strategy and roadmap You will be working with other departments to find ways to improve their operations through AI Translating complex technical ideas into business discussions while guiding non-technical stakeholders through proposals. Stay updated on machine learning and natural language processing advancements. Monitor the usage of the product through analysis of production data and KPIs and constantly identify improvement opportunities Organize the product releases and roll-out with clear communication with the different stakeholders You will be part of a mission driven Agile team (Scrum/Kanban)

⭐ Requirements

3+ years of relevant technical product management experience Experience working within machine learning Programming knowledge and good technical understanding of web concepts (i.e. HTTP requests, REST apis, ssl, web sockets, cookies etc) Experience with monitoring platforms for ML (i.e. Arize, Weights & Biases, MLFlow, Neptune) You have experience working in a Startup environment with Agile teams Experience of working directly with customers gathering feedback and insights Experience driving data-informed product strategy into production. Excited by the prospects of Generative AI and ML technologies and eager to use them to solve real problems Ability to be proactive, challenge assumptions and come up with solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficient level of spoken and written English

Experience of working as an engineer or tech lead Experience within a Platform team Previous startup experience Experience working with Figma or similar design tools
