  • Role Summary:
    • This role supports the delivery of Battersea's commitment to robust compliance with all legal and best practice regulations relating to fundraising, animal welfare, and grant-making.
    • Provides support to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, helping to deliver advice, guidance, training, monitoring, and reporting to internal teams and external agencies.
  • Role Requirements:
    • Candidates should have a strong compliance background, preferably in a similar sector.
    • Experience in dealing with legal and regulatory compliance issues regarding fundraising, animal welfare, and grant-making is highly desirable.

The role: This role is essential in supporting the delivery of Battersea's commitment to robust compliance with all legal and best practice regulations governing fundraising, animal welfare, and grant-making. The post holder will do this by providing support to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, helping to deliver advice, guidance, training, monitoring, and reporting to the various internal teams and external agencies.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate should have a strong background in compliance, preferably within a similar sector. Experience in handling legal and regulatory compliance issues related to fundraising, animal welfare, and grant-making is highly desirable.
