Role Summary

  • Experience in customer service and animal welfare is preferable.

The role: As a Rehoming & Welfare Co-ordinator for dog rehoming at Battersea, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to customers while ensuring the best possible outcomes for the dogs in our care. Your duties will include dealing professionally with customers via all methods of communication, effectively assessing potential rehoming customers’ suitability, and supporting the Rehoming & Welfare team in the daily management of the dogs.

Job requirements: We are looking for individuals with resilience and adaptability to handle all aspects of this role, including the physical tasks required to provide exceptional standards of care to our animals. Experience in customer service and animal welfare is preferred.
