The role: As a Dog Intake Co-ordinator, you will be an integral part of our Dog Operations team, which is committed to delivering the highest standards of animal welfare and care. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the calls and enquiries received on the intake lines, answering questions, and explaining Battersea's intake policies and procedures to customers. This role involves a variety of physical tasks necessary to maintain our exceptional standards of care.
Job requirements: We are seeking individuals with resilience and adaptability, capable of handling all aspects of this role, including its physical demands. Your work will be crucial in giving our dogs and cats a chance at finding their forever homes. Each day will bring new challenges, making your role both unique and rewarding.
