Job Overview:

At Coursera, our Marketing and Communications team is responsible for brand development, product marketing, PR, and acquisition and retention marketing for learners, enterprises, and university partners.  The team is segmented into three areas of focus: Consumer, Degrees, and Enterprise Marketing.

As part of the Global Campaigns team, the Senior EMEA Campaigns Marketing Manager, EMEA will own the strategy, execution and optimization of demand generation campaigns that support Coursera for Business. You will work closely with the product marketing and field marketing team to disseminate campaign messaging that supports our go-to-market themes, ensuring that these messages are distributed to the right audiences at the right time across our various marketing channels and regions. You’ll collaborate with channel owners to ensure seamless delivery of fully integrated campaigns that drive awareness, lead conversion and pipeline creation, and sales acceleration.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive awareness, pipeline creation, and sales acceleration for Coursera for Business in priority EMEA countries via integrated marketing plans
  • Shape and execute EMEA campaign strategy through alignment with product marketing, content, creative, website and marketing operations teams to deliver a unified message to the market, such as collaborating with field marketers to build digital touchpoints for field events
  • Localize nurture email program and derivative campaign assets for EMEA languages
  • Measure, analyze, report, and optimize the performance of integrated campaigns to ensure maximum ROI across all channels (webinars, email marketing, organic/paid media, etc)
  • Communicate campaign findings to marketing leadership, highlighting wins, losses, and opportunities to inform future strategy iteration
  • Work closely with product marketing and sales enablement teams to ensure message continuity across the marketing and sales experience, making sure sales teams are armed with the relevant messaging to maximize campaign follow-up impact.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years leading B2B marketing campaigns and programs in a fast-growth environment
  • Experience with working cross-functionally to execute global, full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including webinars, email, and paid media 
  • Demonstrated history of data-driven approach to demand generation
  • Background in building and analyzing reports in CRM and analytics software 
  • Knowledge on how to market personas at large enterprise companies
  • Experience with handling multiple projects at once and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in funnel metrics and optimization strategies to maximize campaign ROI
  • Demonstrated history with building email nurture, running paid media, and ABM campaigns
  • Experience with Learning & Development/Human Resources and functional buyers at enterprise level
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
