We’re looking for a Head of IT to take ZOE even further.
What’s the role?
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Leader to spearhead our IT department. You will be responsible for ensuring our IT Team remains responsive to the ever-evolving needs of a high-growth startup (from 30 to 400 people since 2020). You will manage everything from hardware, SaaS platforms, cybersecurity or helpdesk.
You’ll be…
Developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy. Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of 2 IT professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Growing this team in line with the growth of the business. Managing our internal helpdesk and ensuring our 400 employees are always able to perform their work effectively. Implementing and monitoring security protocols. You’ll stay updated with the latest threats and gradually increase your cybersecurity posture. Managing the procurement process for our hardware (mainly MacOS and ChromeOS based) across +10 countries. Managing the procurement process for our SaaS tools (>$500k/y) Providing visibility to senior management on the performance of your department.We think you’ll be a great fit if you…
Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Have a proven track record leading IT in a high growth / high pace environment, in a remote-first setup. Have excellent organisational and leadership skills. Working autonomously is in your nature. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation. Are a strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive positive change. Every month brings different challenges! Like being hands-on. Everybody at ZOE contributes. Are familiar with cybersecurity best practices and have experience rolling out cybersecurity programs. Have excellent vendor management and negotiation skillsThese are the ideal skills, attributes, and experience we’re looking for in this role.
