The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing marketplace as we are set to launch a host of new features this year designed to engage our independent community in a new way. Trouva’s Head of Brand is a pivotal role in this next phase of the business and will help plan and drive forward the company’s brand strategy whilst scaling our content through newly-designed partnerships and programmes.
This senior role sits at the heart of the company, so we’re looking for a creative and visionary brand marketing leader who has a customer-first approach and can build collaborative internal relationships. They will have broad brand experience but be able to showcase past projects that include briefing, creating and optimising video and live-streamed content plus building relationships with creators and influencers in the home, fashion and lifestyle space.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute Trouva’s brand marketing strategy alongside the CEO using Trouva’s business strategy and customer and cultural insights
- Lead and coach the creative and content, social and CRM teams
- Lead the strategy and execution of Trouva’s onsite engagement, utilising our vast supply base to ensure customers stay inspired and discover exactly what they’re looking for
- Own and manage the creation of Trouva’s seasonal campaigns
- Lead Trouva’s PR and influencer strategy with a focus on building relationships and driving a new creator programme
- Own and manage Trouva’s CRM strategy, working closely with the CRM Manager to execute against trade and retention KPIs
- Develop new and innovative ways to grow the Trouva customer base and consumer-facing business opportunities
- Oversee the management of all of Trouva’s promotions, working closely with Product and Performance Marketing to create a promotions calendar
- Lead on customer and cultural insight for the wider business, owning bi-annual reports for boutiques and the wider business
- Support and collaborate on B2B and supply-specific initiatives, working with the VP Supply to ensure all growth and trade opportunities are executed at a high quality and keep our independent community at the forefront of all plans
- Collaborate with other department leads across the business to execute against key business roadmaps and strategies including product, operations, supply, performance marketing, engineering and data
- Lead on customer and cultural insight for the wider business, owning bi-annual reports for boutiques and the wider business

Requirements
- You’ve worked within consumer-facing brands, marketplaces or high-growth consumer start-ups for 10+ years and have proven experience of working in a similar role
- You have 5+ years experience leading a creative team and can showcase how you’ve mentored and managed them
- You have experience analysing your work, using platforms like GA and Tableau to drive optimisations through data
- You have exceptional writing and proofreading skills
- You’re a self-starter who always thinks two steps ahead and can work to tight deadlines
- You are collaborative and an expert communicator and love to nurture internal and external relationships
- You’re organised and resourceful and don’t mind going back to basics to help the team get through a tight deadline
- You can bring a positive yet professional attitude that motivates and inspires
