Your main responsibilities will include managing and enhancing our risk and control framework, ensuring compliance with various frameworks and legislations such as SOX and the UK Corporate Governance Code, and leading a team of risk and control experts. This position is pivotal in fostering a culture of smart, proactive risk management and compliance across the company.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in internal control and leadership, deep knowledge of SOX or similar compliance frameworks, and a proven ability to design and implement RCM frameworks in large or complex organizations. Strong communication skills and a track record of driving cultural change around risk and compliance are essential.
