Role Summary -
- As a Lead Functional Consultant, you’ll report to the Chief Client Officer.
- You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team of CRM and website consultants, a core aspect of our business.
- End-to-end ownership of functional consulting is your duty, which entails remodeling client business strategies using our exclusive tech stack and ensuring solution delivery.
- A pivotal part of your job will be to innovate processes to facilitate superior client work delivery by your team.
Role Requirements -
- You should have over 5 years of experience in delivering complicated CRM solutions and digital projects, and a quick grasp over new platforms.
- Experience with CiviCRM and CMS/Drupal is preferred.
- Prior experience in management and in a CRM or ERP agency environment is favored.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is helpful.

We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Lead Functional Consultant to join our team and lead a critical business unit.
The role: As the Lead Functional Consultant, you will report to our Chief Client Officer and head up a multidisciplinary team of CRM and website consultants. This team is one of the key delivery engines of our business. You will take end-to-end responsibility for our functional consulting work, which includes unpacking client business processes, reimagining them using our unique technology stack, and ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions. You will also ideate and implement processes to ensure your team has everything they need to deliver exceptional, best-practice client work.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience delivering complex CRM solutions and digital projects, with a strong ability to master new platforms rapidly. Experience with CiviCRM and CMS/Drupal is a major plus. Additionally, experience working in a CRM or ERP agency environment and previous management experience are desirable. Familiarity with agile methodologies is also beneficial.
