Role Summary

The role: As a Project and Delivery Manager at NFER, you will be part of our operations team. Your main responsibilities will include developing, planning, and implementing operational delivery processes for various projects such as surveys, randomised controlled trials, assessments, and test trials. You will engage with schools to collect data, organize survey and assessment completion, and oversee the preparation and delivery of materials. Additionally, you will train and deploy administrators and markers, and support the improvement and development of customer-facing platforms. You will collaborate with project leads to ensure schedules are adhered to and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job requirements: Ideal candidates will have experience in delivering and managing projects within the education or research environment. You should have a knack for using technology, the ability to plan ahead, a logical approach, strong written communication skills, and the capability to turn complex tasks into practical realities.
