We’re a preventative health company, helping people have a better relationship with alcohol with an approach based on positive psychology and the latest behavioural science. For some that means going completely alcohol-free, but for many it just means drinking less.

⭐About the Role

As a Life Coach at OYNB, you're stepping into a pivotal role within our flagship online health intervention coaching programs – Complete Control and Limitless Control.

Your mission? You'll be leading both group sessions and personalised 121 coaching sessions that are the heart of these programs. Think of these sessions as the space where real growth happens – where challenges are conquered, strengths are amplified, and lives are transformed.

With your skills, you'll dive into a variety of topics, tailoring each session to perfectly fit every member's journey.

But it's more than just sessions; you'll be a trusted partner on their life-changing journey. Your impact will go beyond the sessions, creating connections that really last. You'll offer insights, breakthroughs, and personal guidance that stick. This isn't just coaching; it's a relationship that'll fuel their path and commitment.

What are we looking for from you to join us as a Coach:

• Qualified with InternationalCoachingFederation(ICF) recognised training authority to Diploma level or equivalent (350 hours of learning approx)
• Minimum of 200 hours coaching experience
• Additional accreditation a strong bonus
• Experienced and capable in converting consultation (Y) calls in to sales - additional training provided if required or wanted
• Must have a passion and experience in lifestyle, wellness and mindset coaching. Any business coaching also a bonus but not essential as many of our members go into this too
• Have a solutions based approach
• Dynamic and highly skilled communicator
• Any experience in addiction and/or behaviour change coaching a bonus
• Must be able to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to OYNB
