Senior Content Executive

📍 Based 1-2 days a week at our HQ in East London

Our mission:

• One in five people in the UK rent their homes. Goodlord's mission? To provide them with the best renting experience in the world 🌎
• We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution 🏠
• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! 💚

The Opportunity:

• This is a highly creative role with a focus on producing, editing. and optimising content from blogs and e-books, to podcasts and webinars.
• You’ll manage the Goodlord blog, Newsagent, by managing the blog calendar, writing and optimising blogs on a weekly basis, and sending out weekly newsletters
• You’ll be working closely with the Senior Customer Marketing Executive to send customer communications, creating tailored marketing emails, and producing case studies of happy customers
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest lettings news coverage - reporting it back to the business and identifying stories

What we need from you:

• You have solid experience working in a role that involves producing and editing content (e.g. Content, Media, Communications, Publishing)
• You have exceptional creative writing skills - with an ability to write for different audiences, on-brand and to a tone of voice
• You are truly passionate about creating multimedia content - from writing short- and long-form content, to producing podcasts and editing videos
