Mind's Fundraising department consists of four departments – Partnerships Fundraising, Public Fundraising, Workplace Wellbeing and Fundraising Strategy and Operations: overseen by our Fundraising Director. We have seen huge growth and success over the last 10 years and currently generate in excess of £35 million a year for Mind's work.
We are looking to invest further in the directorate to take Mind's fundraising to the next level and enable us to do even more to support Mind's mission.
As part of this investment, we have grown the Fundraising Operations function from one person to a team of three roles. The relatively new Head level role leads the team and sets the strategic direction, enabling fundraisers across the directorate to excel in their roles. The team will do this by supporting the fundraising team on:
- Fundraising compliance
- Cross-directorate processes and projects
- Risk management
- Our approach to ethical fundraising
- Directorate communications
- Reporting into the Head of Fundraising Strategic Development, you will form part of the wider Fundraising Strategy and Operations team.

- That all fundraising activity is compliant and follows best practice
Leadership of Fundraising Operations is critical to the success of the Fundraising team and Mind's ability to generate income. If you are an experienced team-leader and problem solver who is well-experienced in a range of fundraising functions, strategic planning, internal communication, fundraising compliance and influencing senior stakeholders then we'd love to hear from you.
