The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• A university degree in Music or a related field
• Experience teaching Music at the secondary level
• Knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements for Music
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Willingness to undertake training and continued professional development
