From skateboards, bikes and wheelchairs to children’s fun houses, beds and scooters, in the past 12 years we've built nearly £2 million worth of equipment in over 600 team building sessions and donated to over 250 charities across the UK. 

About The Role: As one of our Senior Sales and Project Managers, you'll play a key part in helping to grow the business while also project managing multiple events. You'll have extensive business development skills, generating new leads and growing existing accounts, alongside project management experience, managing events for 12 to 500 people.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project Management:

• End to end project management of allocated events, including full budget control.
• Organising crew, from task allocation and transport, to sourcing accommodation and training.
• Facilitating and hosting events.
• Ongoing commitment to our B Corporation Certification, ensuring all suppliers and crew adhere to the standards set.

Account Management:

• Account management of existing clients, growing each one where possible.
• Generating and selling our events to new leads.
• Creating proposals and cost sheets, ensuring profit margins are met.
• Using CRM to manage our client base, keeping records up to date and logging potential sales.
• Developing new team building challenges to offer our clients.

Requirements:

• Experience within event management and business development.
• Ability to manage budgets.
• Self-motivated and highly organised.
• Confident communicator.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills and ability to work on several projects simultaneously.

Additional Details:

• 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5.30pm, on-site.
• Our offices are based in Shoreham-by-Sea, just outside Brighton. We are located next to the river and close to the town centre, the rail station, bike and bus routes.
