The role: As a Youth Development Lead - Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in the success stories of young entrepreneurs. The Enterprise programme is designed to assist young individuals interested in self-employment to explore and test their ideas, develop business plans, and launch their own businesses or find alternative pathways in education, training, volunteering, or work. You will guide a caseload of young people, aiding them in launching their business ideas and achieving business start targets. Your responsibilities will include traveling locally to deliver our Exploring Enterprise course, which may be conducted online, in-centre, or in the community.
Job requirements: You should be adept at crafting robust business plans, including cash flow forecasts and personal survival budgets, and providing sector-specific insights. Your ability to offer positive and constructive feedback will be crucial in nurturing these business ideas. You should also be skilled in handling funding applications and have a keen attention to detail.
