Role Summary:

  • In the role of Internal Account Manager, you will keep our sales process streamlined and efficient.
  • Your duties will include maintaining customer relationships, maximizing referrals, ensuring dealership training and standards are kept up-to-date, and providing reporting and insights.
  • You will also work to improve efficiency by identifying and implementing streamlining and automation strategies, while collaborating across multiple departments.

Role Requirements:

  • Prospective candidates should have relevant experience in sales support, account management, or sales operations.
  • Key qualities include organizational skills, attention to detail, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for clean energy and sustainability is a plus, as is experience in tech, energy, construction, or related fields.

The role: As an Internal Account Manager, you'll be the backbone of our sales process, ensuring everything runs smoothly, maintaining customer relationships and maximising referrals. You will support relationships and referrals, work with the business, maintain customer relationships and maximise referrals, ensure dealership training, marketing and standards are kept up to date, ensure CRM accuracy, provide reporting and insights through forecasts, sales reports and account review packs, maintain collateral, improve efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate, and collaborate across Marketing, Operations and Customer Success to deliver joined up customer journeys.

Job requirements: We think the role would be great for somebody who has good levels of experience in either sales support, account management or sales operations. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail are required. Skilled in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot. Confident in producing proposals, tenders and written collateral. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Comfortable working collaboratively across teams. Experience in tech, energy, construction or sustainability is a bonus. A genuine passion for cleaner mobility and the future of energy.
