Role Requirements

  • 8+ years in business development
  • 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in the construction tech, energy, EV, or clean tech industries
  • Experience in managing enterprise and SME deal cycles
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales analytics software, especially HubSpot

The role: As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving Pod’s presence in the workplace EV charging market. Your responsibilities will include achieving personal acquisition targets, leading and coaching a dynamic sales team, and managing end-to-end sales processes with both SMEs and large corporate clients. You will also develop strategic partnerships across various sectors to enhance Pod’s market reach and capabilities.

Job requirements: We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years in business development and at least 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the construction tech, energy, EV, or clean tech sectors. A strong track record in managing enterprise and SME deal cycles and experience with subscription or recurring revenue models is essential. Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools, particularly HubSpot, is also required.
