We are living through a climate emergency, where our actions and behaviours are having a devastating impact on the planet. ReLondon is a partnership of the Mayor of London and the London boroughs to transform the city into a low carbon circular economy, with a mission to revolutionise our relationship with stuff and help London waste less and reuse, repair, share and recycle more.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative behaviour change and communications professional to manage the delivery of ReLondon’s citizen-focused behaviour change campaigns.

You will be developing, delivering and evaluating an engaging and creative programme of campaigns, leading a small campaigns team as well as managing relationships with a range of partners. You will use your communications expertise to inform and engage the people of London to change their behaviours and reduce their impact on the environment.

You will use behavioural science to create both communications and on-the-ground interventions which help change people’s behaviours. You will have excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to produce content for online and offline audiences, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll also be well-organised and flexible, juggling sharp strategic thinking with tactical delivery, managing people, budgets and multiple priorities within clear timeframes.
