Role Summary

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Co-Brand team.
  • Manage the seven-figure Co-brand P&L and forecast.
  • Generate new business and maintain existing accounts for repeat business.
  • Negotiate with print and engraving partners to meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Enhance customer relationships through exemplary account management.
  • Analyse market trends to ensure Chilly's remains a leading reusable solution.
  • Oversee the sales process in CRM (Hubspot), manage reporting, and promote best practices.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years in business development.
  • At least 1 year managing a sales team, preferably in a high-volume inbound environment.
  • Proven sales track record in a competitive environment.
  • Experience in merchandising or with promotional products is preferred.
  • Ability to manage trade shows.
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and results-driven approach.
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and seeks out new challenges.

Chilly’s are actively looking for a forward thinking and positive Promotional Product Manager to support the next stage of the Chilly's journey, as we supercharge our business growth.

In pursuit of our mission to accelerate the adoption and everyday use of reusable products we have now expanded the range to include a wider selection of reusable products with many more exciting products in development! Our products are created for an active urban lifestyle, with the perfect balance of distinctive style and unrivalled performance.

You will be joining a dynamic, fast-paced environment that deals with both high-volume inbound and high-value orders going to some of the biggest companies in the world. The Co-Brand business has accelerated dramatically over the past two years and the growth we are seeing means we need an ambitious and detail-oriented Promotional Product Manager to strengthen and support the team. This is a unique chance to join a growing team who are always looking to drive our inbound conversion rate, improve processes and bring the best service and product possible to clients.

Our ideal candidate will have experience managing a high volume inbound sales cycle from lead generation to close. You should have an understanding of key sales team metrics to drive forward process change and team training towards hitting ambitious revenue targets. Previous experience working with promotional products and companies would be advantageous.

This is a full time position. We have a fantastic London office in Shoreditch. We believe in flexibility and value collaboration, and we are all currently working in a hybrid pattern, working 2 to 3 days per week in the office (and more on the rare occasions we need to) and the rest of our week remotely.

The Role

  • Lead and continue to build a high performing Co-Brand team through effective talent management, coaching and deploying differentiated development plans
  • Responsible for the seven-figure Co-brand P&L and forecast
  • Generate new business opportunities by building relationships with Promo companies and large enterprise accounts
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts to ensure repeat business
  • Liaise and negotiate with our print and engraving outsource partners to ensure orders are processed to the correct time frame and best quality
  • Create the conditions for phenomenal customer relationships through great account management and cross-functional working
  • Analyse trends and competitor offering to ensure Chilly’s is the best reusable solution in the cobrand space
  • Oversee the end to end sales process in our CRM (Hubspot) including managing, creating and tracking reporting and championing best practices in the commercial teamRequirementsRequirements


Must Have

  • 4+ years experience working in business development
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in managing a junior sales team members, preferably in high volume inbound
  • Strong track record of delivering sales within a successful competitive sales environment
  • Experience working in merchandising or with promotional products preferred
  • Experience in managing trade shows
  • Demonstrate excellent external and internal relationship management and influencing skills
  • Strong drive, energy and tenacity to succeed
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop and deliver compelling commercial propositions
  • Analytical and results-driven
  • Flexible and agile, thrive in ambiguity
  • Open to learn and actively seeks out new challenges
