The role: As a Customer Support Advisor at Greenzone, you will be integral to our team in Newark, Nottinghamshire. Your main responsibilities will include handling all customer queries within specified timescales to ensure compliance and exceptional service delivery. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts under the guidance of the Account Management Teams. This includes processing service change requests, implementing changes on company software, ensuring phone usage complies with company policies, and resolving customer and supplier queries.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong, confident personality and extensive experience in a customer-facing role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be dealing with customers and suppliers at all levels. You should be able to manage your own workload, work efficiently under pressure, and have experience in the waste industry, although this is desirable but not essential.
