As a Latin America Travel Designer at Jacada, you'll have the opportunity to create uniquely sustainable itineraries that reflect our clients' passions. You'll engage directly with our guests, crafting unforgettable journeys across Latin America that are rooted in mindful travel practices. Your main goal will be to convert enquiries into bookings, curating distinctive experiences while forming lasting relationships with our clients.
Role Summary:

Role Requirements:
- A minimum of one year experience in travel sales, preferably with a focus on Latin America.
- Extensive understanding of Latin America, gained through personal experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A people-person who enjoys interacting with our guests and building lasting relationships.

About Jacada Travel: We are a luxury travel company offering completely personalised, private trips all over the world. We strive to be that well-travelled friend our clients can come to for advice and inspiration and to really get under the skin of the places they visit and experience things that don’t always make it into the guidebooks. Founded in 2008, we have a team of 120 co-workers.
The role: As a Latin America Travel Designer, you will create bespoke, sustainable trips across Latin America. You will connect with guests to craft authentic, life-changing journeys that reflect their passions, dreams, and love for meaningful, responsible travel. This is a sales-focused role where your main goal is to convert leads into bookings by building strong relationships with our clients. You will be creating unique and personalised travel itineraries that include authentic experiences across Latin America, designed with responsible travel practices in mind.
Job requirements: At least one year of experience in travel sales, preferably specialising in Latin America. You should care deeply about Latin America and have extensive knowledge of the region through first-hand experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with being a curious and genuine people-person who is enthusiastic about speaking with Jacada guests and forging long-lasting relationships with them.
